Recipe: Deconstructed Sushi Bowls
Reminiscent of your favorite veggie sushi roll, serve up this deconstructed plant-based sushi bowl with rice, avocado, carrots, edamame, and cucumbers. This healthy dish contains plant-based protein, plenty of veggies, and the crunch of 12 Tides Sea Salt chips.

Ingredients
1 cup white rice, cooked
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shelled edamame, cooked
1/2 avocado, diced
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp crushed 12 Tides Sea Salt chips
Directions
1. Plate up cooked rice, cucumber, shredded carrots, and cooked edamame.
2. Top with crushed 12 Tides Sea Salt chips and sesame seeds.
