Recipe: 12 Tides Power Bowl
This plant-based power bowl is packed with plant protein, fiber, healthy fats - plus vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. It's the perfect lunch to power you through a busy afternoon.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups baby spinach
½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 carrot, cut into sticks
2 tablespoons hummus
2 tablespoons salted cashews
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes halves (oil packed, but drained)
2 tablespoons olives of choice (we use Castelvetrano)
2 tablespoons kimchi (we use Atlantic Sea Farms sea-chi)
½ cup 12 Tides Everything Chips
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pinch salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Add baby spinach to a medium-sized salad bowl. Top spinach with black beans, carrot sticks, hummus, cashews, sun dried tomato halves, olives and kimchi – arrange ingredients according to your preference. Whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad. Nestle 12 Tides Everything Chips into the bowl. Serve.
